16623 Starting Monday, March 16, Sound Transit will close Kent Station’s northwest Sounder surface parking lot. The only available spots for this lot will be three ADA parking spots. This closure will last the duration of this project phase. We expect this phase to be completed in December 2026. We encourage drivers to use the existing Kent garage at W Smith St and 1st Ave N. 18338 Sound Transit is testing real-time Sounder arrival information on overhead signs. Real-time arrival information is being tested on signs at Sounder stations. At times, signs may display inaccurate information due to testing. Trip planner data may also be inaccurate during this time; Sounder schedules are the most reliable source of information about arrival times.

19311 From Jul. 22 through Sept. 30, Tukwila International Boulevard Station will have reduced parking capacity due to construction. Passengers may use Angle Lake Station for additional parking. Passengers can still access Tukwila International Boulevard Station during construction. The project will improve the drainage system for this station's stairwells. 19773 From Aug. 10, 2026, through Feb. 15, 2027, parking capacity will be reduced at Kent Sounder Station Garage due to construction. Passengers can still park at the garage and access the Kent Sounder Station during construction. 20454 Pinehurst Station will open at the start of service on Wednesday, Sept. 30. The station will connect communities near NE 130th Street to the 1 and 2 Lines, with trains arriving every 4–5 minutes. Expected to serve approximately 3,400 riders, Pinehurst Station will provide convenient access to community resources, downtown Seattle, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and local bus service.

20458 From Sept. 15 to 17, starting from 9:03 p.m. through the end of service each evening, shuttle buses will replace 1 Line service between Capitol Hill and SODO stations and 2 Line service between Capitol Hill and Judkins Park stations. Shuttle buses will run every 10-15 minutes between Capitol Hill and SODO stations, and between Capitol Hill and Judkins Park stations. 20502 From Tuesday, Sept. 8, through Friday, Oct. 2, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, sidewalk revision work will take place at 77th Ave SE near the west entrance to Mercer Island Station. This work will take place outside the west entrance of 77th Ave SE. The sidewalk will be closed to northbound traffic during working hours, including the drop-off/pick-up location. The sidewalk to the north of this entrance will be closed for the duration of the project, so passengers can only access this entrance from the south.
